We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping Time

Depending on the location of the item(s) the shipping time varies, as we have multiple warehouses. Our best selling items will be sent from our primary warehouse and ship faster. You'll be given accurate shipping time at the checkout.

Due to current world events, some of our shipping operations in certain countries are disrupted. This may cause shipping delays. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are doing everything possibly to speed this along.

Buyer Protection - Shop with confidence
If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, the bag has not been delivered. We would have to presume the bag is lost in transit. In this instance, we would refund or resend the bag.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Tracking Information
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

My Tracking says “No Information available at the Moment”

 For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please email to

Can I cancel my Order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email

I have entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.

Lost / Stolen / Missing Packages
More than a backpack are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. More than a backpack are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking has been "delivered". 

Will my  items be sent in one Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My item arrived damaged
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
